Strictly speaking , there were only 6 Legion Commanders + Killvearn , so a total of 7.
One of the Legion Commanders had 3 servants that are equal to Legion Commanders , that is it.
The Chess Pieces are just replacements of the Legion Commanders that were killed.

The thing is those chess pieces just seem too OP to me lol thats my whole problem i mean they are made out of a material so rare only a few have weapons exist made from it yet they want like popp,mam,crocodine etc to fight them lol? i can understand hynukel and dai can take them np becasue of dai's sword and hynukels spear/armor lol

yes , they are OP , but they are not overdoing with powerful enemies in the Dark Army out of nowhere, as only those Chess Pieces are such "out-of-nowhere" , while the rest are more of the Legion Commanders receiving a power-up , not unlike the heroes.

i was never referring to anyone else to begin with i know Dai iscapable of taking killvearn,and mystavern and zabeora any day of the week but then a episode before Hadlar pops up and is now basically the strongest they have ever fought with a super massive powerup and then a episodes later those chess pieces are revealed and they are a "Cheat Code" thats all im saying and thats my opinion lol
